“Weil Deutschland uns abschieben will und wir keine andere Wahl haben, haben wir das “Denkmal für die im Nationalsozialismus ermordeten Sinti und Roma” am 22.05.2016 besetzt – den Ort, an dem an unsere deportierten und ermordeten Großeltern erinnert werden soll. Die Politik sollte sich schämen. Bereits kurz nach Mitternacht wurde unser Protest gewaltvoll geräumt, unsere Kinder wurden an diesem Ort geschlagen und bedroht. Das haben wir und unsere Kinder nicht verdient. Wir befürchten, dass auch unsere Enkelkinder Gewalt, Ausgrenzung und Rassismus erleben werden.

Alle Roma müssen gehen – die Konsequenzen der Asylrechtsverschärfungen

Eine betroffene Roma Familien aus Erfurt berichtet über den Zwang zur Ausreise und die Behandlung durch deutsche Behörden aber auch vom Rest der Gesellschaft im Mai 2016

In der Ausländerbehörde (ABH) Erfurt haben sie uns Ende April gesagt, wir müssen gehen, da gebe es keinen Spielraum. Die Angestellte der ABH hat uns vor der Wahl gestellt, jetzt die sog.„freiwilligen Ausreise“ zu unterschreiben, ansonsten komme innerhalb von 3 Tagen die Polizei zu uns nach Hause, um uns abzuschieben. Das hat sie gesagt, obwohl für die jüngste Tochter noch keinen Negativbescheid vom Bundesamt da ist, das Asylverfahren in dem Fall also noch nicht abgeschlossen ist.

Das Verfahren gegen Maqsud geht’s weiter!

Leider konnten wir wegen der begrenzten Zeit auf dem Break Deportation Treffen letztes Wochenende nicht die Anhörung im Prozess der Ausländerbehörde gegen Maqsud diskutieren. Anders als angekündigt hat sich die Situation von Maqsud nicht verändert. Es gab seinerseits ein Missverständnis der Gerichtsentscheidung. Dass das Verfahren eingestellt wurde, ist nicht richtig. Durch das Gericht wurde lediglich offiziell die unbefristete Aufschiebung der Anhörung bestätigt, die nicht - wie angekündigt - am 18.5. 2016 stattgefunden hat. Dennoch geht die Verfolgung Maqsuds durch die Ausländerbehörde im Gericht an, aber der Termin der nächsten Anhörung steht noch nicht. Miloud hat genauere Informationen zu dem Fall. Wir bedauern die Falschinformation.

Die schlechte Nachricht: Das Verfahren geht weiter.
Die gute Nachricht: Wir bleiben dabei, die rassistische Diskriminierung und Verfolgung Maqsuds durch die Ausländerbehörde zu bekämpfen, so lange es auch dauert und wir rufen euch weiterhin zu Solidarität auf:
Wir halten euch auf dem Laufenden.

Maqsud's Court Process Will Continue!

It is a pity that we could not discuss the court hearing of the process of the foreigners' authority against Maqsud's process due to the limited time of the Break Deportation meeting last weekend. Actually the situation of Maqsud did not change as announced. There was a misunderstanding of the court decision by Maqsud himself. The court decision only confirmed officially the indefinite suspension of the court hearing which did not take place on 18.05.2016 as initially announced. That the case was closed is not true. Therefore, the Apolda foreign office's persecution of Maqsud continues in the court but the date of the next court hearing has not been fixed yet. Miloud has more information on the case. We regret the wrong information that was published about the case.

The bad news: The case will continue.
The good news: Wir will remain consistent to fight back the racist discrimination and the persecution of Maqsud by the foreigners' authority as long as it may take und we continue to call for your solidarity:
