Good news, Hatef Soltani got the ticket already, he'll arrive with Turkish Airline today, on Wednesday, at 21:30 in Frankfurt Airport hopefully, the ticket from Frankfurt to Berlin will be ok then. Thank you all.

Hatef is still in the transit airport in Ankara, although we are informed that he is not in acute deportation threat but we are also worried that he is suspected by the Turkish Agent to be a Kurdish spy for travelling from the Kurdish Iraq to Ankara. We are still working to get a lawyer to assist him in Ankara. We will keep you updated.....

UPDATE: From an activist..
I talked with him shortly. he is in the transit police in Ankara, they want to deport him to Arbil (Kurdistan), They searched him in a very racist way and beat him up. He told me he resists and he is on hunger strike, he said it is good if we find a lawyer in Turkey for him (Some people from Berlin are organising it as I know).
When I talked with my comrades in Kurdistan they told me this is the 4th time recently that the same thing is happening to Iranians in Turkey. If they deport him to Arbil, hopefully nothing bad will happen, he can go to the city and some comrades there would take care of the case and him. Then he needs to buy a new ticket from Kurdistan to Germany. I guess we should think about solidarity money for him to buy a new ticket later when he gets out of this situation (as I know the cheapest ticket are from Kurdistan to sweden and then berlin).

Thanks for your Solidarity! Hatef was not deported from Germany to Turkey, he was on transit in Ankara on his return from iraq to Germany. some people have intervened to support him Ankara. we keep you informed on the development.

i can not follow up the communication with him due techical problem with
my phone.
please spread this call to free Hatef, contact him by sms and start to
organize to make his arrest of Hatef Soltani public. We support call for
