Final CALL for Registration for the 20 Years of The VOICE Refugee Forum
We are trying hard to organize our anniversary of resistance not only by political contents through still needed contributions from your various perspectives but also in terms of infrastructural issues. For obvious reasons we need to calculate on essential information like number of participants, means of travels (e.g. like cars that could be used for transport during the anniversary ;), time of arrival and duration of stay, need of sleeping places, specification of accommodation (privacy, unisex?, families, physical disabilities etc…), need for matrasses, sleeping bags, blankets…
Furthermore we would be interested in the need of translation languages for the participants of your group to make sure that no one is left behind in understanding.
We finally appeal to the seriousness of your participation of which a registration should be the first step to rely on by respect. Reliable communication is the base of self-organization, solidarity and unity – which are the actual matters of our meeting.
