The authorities of Islamic Republic of Iran in a miserable effort to clean the document of their brutal massacre of political prisoners have ordered to destroy the cemetery of Khavaran . During the days of 09 till 16 of January 2009 the agents of the regime by destroying a big part of the collective graves of the Martyrs has planted trees over on.
Khavaran which is known as the cemetery of the communists during all passed years was a place of gathering of the family members and in general different oppositions. Khavaran has become a symbol of the unity of the people against Regime. Many times the people have sung the International in it. Khavaran was a place to remind people about the great desire of the last generation for freedom. It reminds people the resistance and fights of the revolutionaries of last generation against the reactionary Islamic regime of Iran.
Reactionary Islamic Regime of Iran aims to put distance between the two generation and at the same time threatening people of the same kinds of massacre.
Protest against destruction of Khavaran means supporting freedom.
There will be a vigilance action in Berlin to protest destruction of Khavaran.
(Time of protest): On Friday 06.02.2009 from 9 hour in morning till Saturday 07.02.2009 till 17 hour in evening.
(Place of gathering is): Bundes Pressehaus, Schffbauerdamm 40 ------10117 Berlin.
