Honourable Jelpke Ulla,
I wish to use this opportunity to let you know that we appreciate your endless efforts in the struggle against the cruel system against humanity expecially as it affects migrants for which i belong to.
I am a Nigerian Activist of the Voice refugee forum and the Co-ordinating activist for the Campaign against the inappropriate deportation collaboration of the African Embassies expecially the Nigerian Embassy.
With the Nigerian Embassy Officials, We have had series of discussions on the issue of Mobile hearing and the modalties with which Travelling Certificates is been issue so as to curb abnormalties.
Accoding to the Ambassadors Claims that since his deployment to Germany, he is only aware of only 2 deportation to Nigeria {between 2007- September 2008} while deportation to Nigeria was an obvious routine. He also confirmed that he cannot deny the Posibility of fake Travelling Certificates {with claims that TC was not a security Document}.On this note, we have decided to confirm the actual document with which the victims are being deported and the role of the embassy in such procedures.
It is based on this that we have decided to call for your usual support in obtaining such information from the Paliament i.e {The Actual amount of Deportation to Nigeria on monthly bases since 2007 }.
Find below our demand to the Nigerian embassy which they have refused to respond to;
On behalf of The VOICE Refugee Forum and The Nigerian African Forum:
"We demanded the Embassy to to make public the Nigerians deported and the lists of the embassy supported deportation since his deployment to Germany. We also call for a public statement on Why and How {Willingly or by torture} they were deported, the Airlines {commercial or private}, departure location from Germany and exact destination of the Victims in Africa. We also demanded a public statement on what has happened to them during their deportation flights and on arrival in the said destination, including the transited countries and as well as the actual record of Nigerians in the deportation Prisons in Germany based on stay permit?"
