We are restless in Houston. The community and organizers are thinking of you during this time. We wanted to make you aware of our solidarity to your struggle. It is bringing our community together in ways we couldn't imagine. Saturday, November 6th, we are having a "community speak out" for Mumia where poets and musicians will perform in the local park a few blocks from the People's Party 3 headquarters. On Monday, the 8th, we will be educating the community in a Teach in on your life and struggle as a political prisoner on death row, lead by Brother Kenya. On Tuesday, we march through 3rd ward onto downtown. Black Panther Party : People's Party 3 have formed an alliance to organize with Anarchist Black Cross to mobilize our communities. We organize in the name of your liberation. We remain in the utmost spirits that your freedom is at hand and we will take it to the streets. On our local radio station KPFT we have had an opportunity to speak out on your behalf and advocate for the people to speak out in these moments.

Auch im späteren Verlauf des Jahres sind bereits zahlreiche Veranstaltungen und bisher einige Proteste angekündigt.
Am 9. Dezember ist der bereits 29. (!) Haftjahrestag von Mumia Abu-Jamal, am 10.Dezember der von der UN proklamierte Tag der Menschenrechte. Die US Free Mumia Bewegung regt an, diese Woche für weitere dezentrale Proteste zu nutzen.
Am 11. Dezember 2010 gibt es in Berlin eine Demo unter dem Motto:
"Jetzt nur nicht die Wut verlieren - 29 Jahre Todestrakt - Freiheit für Mumia jetzt!"
