The doctor on duty made no objection as the coordinating activist of The VOICE Refugee forum appeared this morning at the Psychiatric Hospital to demand his immediate release.
The Doctor in charge explained that the reason for his being brought there was based on his pronouncement to commit suicide and confirmed the readiness to released him if Obi agrees also to go with the Activist.
Based on the reporting on the situation of Obi Adindu, an anonymous person has volunteered to pay for the operation at any cost it will take.
He had called this morning to confirm his readiness and request that the hospital send him the bills for the operation so he could transfer the money directly to the Hospital account.
We are at the moment in a very complicated situation of taking absolute care of the health situation because the diagnose from the Gunzburg hospital reveals a different findings from that of Nordlingen and Donauworth hence we are intending to reffer Obi Adindun to a neutral hospital outside Bayern for a thorough medical re-examination in other to genuinly acertain the medical attention that may be needed.
From the conversation with the Doctor in Gunzburg, she informed us that there is also the tendency of this illness to have a connection with the stress he had been through on his way to Germany.
Meaning the need for further Therapy on post trauma and otherwise.
Negotiation already started in an Hospital in Stuttgart and we hope to bring Mr Obi Adindun to start the re-examination by Monday with hope to find solution to the endless pain.
Any form of medical recommendation is welcomed also.

En/Dt: Nigerian Refugee Obi Adindu locked up indefinately in the Psychiatrics Hospital in Günzburg
He was picked up with the Ambulance together with Police presence as he visited his doctor on appointment that morning in Nördlingen.
Because the doctor still could not help the situation that had to do with the District Doctors decision to refuge his operation, Obi Adindu in frustration lamented his inability to continue in such pain and uttered his intention to go back in his room in the asylum Lager and end his life since there is no interest to render appropriate medical attention to his problem.
based on this pronoucement, the Police and the Ambulance was called in to finally transport him to a Psychiatric Hospital.
A young non aggrssive young man in absolute good state of mind. His problem is just the continious pains that has continued to torment him for more than one month. That he is finally locked up in a Psychiatrics home and given doses of medication as a Psychiatric Patients is totally absurd.
This act is a very usual routine that exist in Germany - with many mentally balanced refugees being forcefully transported to Psychiatrics homes where they compelled to take doses of Anti-depressive medications that jeopadises their mental well being on the long run while those who really require such treatments are ignored by the district Office refusal to undertake the cost like in the case of Obi Adindu

Donau Ries lehnt Kostenübernahme bei akuten Schmerzen ab!!!
Ergänzung zum Aufruf:
Herr Obi Adundi sprach am 12.06.14 nochmal beim Landratsamt Donau-Ries wegen einer Kostenübername vor. Bei diesem Gespräch klagte er über starke Beschwerden und es wurde erneut und zum dritten Mal ein Rettungswagen gerufen, um ihn ins Krankenhaus zu bringen. Man brachte ihn diesmal in das Donauwörth Krankenhaus.
lt. Schreiben des Krankenhauses,
Chirurgische Hauptdiagnose: Unklare Leistenschmerzen rechts, Ausschluß einer Hermie, Hydrozelle und Tumor.
Weitere Diagnosen: M. Crohn
Therapie: konservativ, MRT
Nach vier Tagen wurde er heute 16.06.2014 entlassen, ohne Operation aber mit der Aussage: Schmerzmittel bei Bedarf.
Es ist bis jetzt nicht 100%ig festgestellt welches Krankheitsbild bei Herrn Adundi zutrifft.
Merkwürdig ist, das zuerst der Hausarzt und das Stiftungskrankenhaus eine andere Diagnose feststellten.
Bis jetzt gibt es keinen aussagekräftigen Vorschlag einer angemessenen Therapie seitens der
Ärzte, auch wenn beide Diagnosen zutreffen würden.
Für das Landratsamt scheint dies ein weiterer Grund, eine Kostenübernahme abzulehnen.

Die Gesundheit für Flüchtlinge sollte ein Minimum an humanitärer Unterstützung sein, was sie aber nicht ist.
Bei einer Krankheit muß ein Flüchtling sich erst einmal an seinen Sozialarbeiter wenden der dann einen sogenannten Krankenschein ausfüllt. In Nördlingen/Bayern ist es bekannt, das ein Antrag auf Krankenschein mindestens 4 Tage dauert, was aber wenn man akute Schmerzen hat usw.? Und den Krankenschein zu besitzen, heißt nicht das Behandlungen, die nötig sind auch bezahlt werden. Bei einem Notfall, hat man keinen Krankenschein, dann können z.B. Krankenhäuser diese Menschen jederzeit auch abweisen. Wo bleibt da der hippokratische Eid?
Denn unter dem Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz wird dieser nicht eingesetzt. Im Gegenteil jegliche operative Behandlungen, werden durch diesen Paragraphen §§ § 4 und 6 AsylbLG und deren Umsetzung in der Praxis das Menschenrecht auf Gesundheit verletzt.
Auch Besuche eines Facharztes sind eingeschränkt, alles hängt am Allgemeinmediziner.

In eigener Sache brauche ich nun eure Unterstützung,
es dreht sich um einen 28 jährigen Flüchtling aus Nigeria, der in Nördlingen/Bayern in einem Lager lebt.
Seit einigen Monaten klagt er über Schmerzen im Unterbauch. Er ging daraufhin zu seinem Hausarzt, der ihm bestätigte das er operiert
werden sollte und überwies ihn ins Krankenhaus, da es sich um einen Leistenbruch handelt. Das Krankenhaus teilte ihm mit, das er sich mit dem Landratsamt in Verbindung setzen muß, bezüglich der Klärung für die Kostenübernahme um den Termin am 03.06.14 wahrnehmen zu können.
Das Landratsamt lehnte ab!!!!
Obwohl er zweimal nachdem, er mit dem Rettungswagen eingewiesen wurde, blieb die Ablehnung konstant.
Der Flüchtling leidet immer noch an starken Schmerzen und bittet euch um Unterstützung.
Genug ist Genug!
