We are not forgiving this crime!
Judgment over brutally murder of Oury Jalloh in a police cell in Dessau/Germany on 7 January 2005 shows that our language and logic are totally different from those who are running this country!
Police authorities and different court judges insisting that Oury jalloh was suicide and the charge against police officers is their late reaction to this incident!! And finally they are ready to pay some compensation money to his family…. We are saying how it is possible Oury Jallow burn himself while his hands and feet are tied with chains over fireproof mattress after so many body inspections?? And more than that, why he should burn himself?? We ask why there was not any professional research over the cause of fire?? What happen to all official documents about the police personals and their duties on that day?
The point here is not essentially to revenge or punish some guilty persons. No, the most important thing for us is to know what the truth is, why this happen and what is the background of it?
We don’t think this was happen while there was some personal problem between two persons. We think this happen because the police in Dessau/Germany was doing their duty Just like the police in Ferguson/ America when shoot dead Michael Brown. This is why all the ruling apparatus in Germany and the same in America supporting and defending their police agents. So the question is this: what is this duty?? Why to realizing this duty always the black and colored people are a target?
We are always saying: “we are here, because you (the big powers) are destroying our lands”. And we are firmly thinking that those realizing of duty has many thing to do with this background. This background is to colonizing the world and exploiting the people which is the very act of making profit, which is the natural act of Capitalism.
You are enjoying the reactionary conflict between two rotten forces like PEGIDA reactionaries against Islamist reactionaries, just to cover what you are really doing, to cover the brutal murders like the murder of Oury Jalloh. Islamist reactionaries are active because you are supporting and activating them. But the case of Oury Jalloh shows your real face. It shows your hate against humanity and the horizon of your greedy to make profit out of exploitation, murder and war.
The people should see your real face .The court process over our claim about the murder of Oury Jalloh is stil another proof that:
