Mohsen Hossaini is 22years old from Afghanistan, he came to Germany because of his fear of political and religious persecutions to be Hazara in Afghanistan due to the systematic discrimination and ethnic cleansing. Hazara is, a Shiite minority of people in Afghanistan who have been, and continue to be, persecuted and discriminated against in Afghanistan.
There is also the fear of persecution because Mohsen was forcefully recruited into the Iranian Army to fight in the war on 01.12.2014 as a soldier to support Syrian president Bashar Bashar al-Assad in Syri. His colleagues who escaped from the Syria war to returned to Afghanistan are persecuted and imprisoned in Afghanistan.
He escaped from Iran for protection and safety in Germany and he could no longer be an accomplice to war crimes committed in Syria where civilians are also targeted as combat enemies of the Iranians and Syrian enemies which could also lead to his early death. He cannot return to Afghanistan due to fear of persecution.
We are concerned of his application which was deposited in an interview on the 22.08.2016 with the office of the Germany Federal Authority for Refugees and Migrants in Suhl which was rejected on notification on 10.10.2016 ?
We are appealing to the court to thoroughly investigate the illegal war of forceful recruitments of Afghan refugees to fight in the war in Syria.
We demand that to overcome the threats of persecution, he should be granted international protection in Germany in accordance with the international human rights treaty and the Geneva convention.
Please take into consideration that Afghanistan is in total anarchy where there is neither safety nor security of lives as recently demonstrated again by the bombing of the German Embassy in Kabul.
