2 1/2 Jahre nach dem international organisierten March for Freedom sind 6 Aktvist_innen in Luxemburg-Stadt angeklagt. Während eines Aktionstags am 5.6.2014 war es in Luxemburg auf dem Kirchberg zu 13 brutalen Festnahmen während einer Demonstration gekommen. Anlass war eine Tagung der EU-Innenminister zum Thema „Kampf gegen illegale Immigration.“

Two and a half years after the internationally organized March for Freedom, six activists are going to trial. During the day of action on May 5, 2014 there were thirteen brutal arrests at a demonstration on the Kirchberg in Luxemburg. The demonstration was a protest against a meeting of European Union Ministers of Interior entitled “Fight Against Illegal Immigration”.

VWG Dresden set a date for the hearing concerning the racist control of the Police on a RE Train in September 7th 2014.

Initially, the police wanted to harass me through a case of 'Beleidigung' and they lost on 25 May 2015 . Now it is our turn to put the pressure on them and send a signal that we will not accept to live with Racial Profiling.

"Our protests are more than 2 decades now and our resilience and resolve is unstoppable. For many years, we have shown our anger and without this, we would not have witnessed some changes although minimal in our treatment as humans. Since the defacto abolition of the 1993 rights for asylum in Germany, there have never been changes without struggles from the refugee communities. The refugee struggles built on the demand for justice cannot be completed without us the refugees and the community activists in the society.
