In Every Lager there is struggle! But a political position must be defined to achieve success. We will Break the Isolation from the lagers!
Asylum seekers, Refugee activists and migrants from various lager will be meeting to discuss and exchange the recent struggles in lager. There will be presentations and discussions on refugee struggles and events.
Topics:
- Lager committee and struggles against the persecution of refugees in Germany
- Our consciousness in the struggle against injustice
- Refugee Community Network - Break the Isolation from the lagers
- Events and activities of refugee and migrants initiatives
- Detailed situations of lagers will be presented in the meeting.
- An online video conference will be transmitted from Jena.
Delegates for the discussion are expected from:
Zella-Mehlis, former Katzhütte, Gehlberg, Apolda and Eisenach in Thüringen, from Gifhorn/Meinersen and Braunschweig in Niedersachsen, from Hof, Nürnberg, Würzburg and Deggendorf in Bayern, from Hamburg and Bremen, from Parchim in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, from Remscheid, Velbert and Köln in Nordrhein-Westfalen, from Berlin and Prenzlau in Berlin-Brandenburg, from Bernburg and Möhlau in Sachsen-Anhalt, from Leipzig in Sachsen, from Schwäbisch Gmünd, Hardheim, Mannheim, Konstanz, Sinsheim, Witthoh in Baden-Württemberg.
More participants are expected from other regions not mentioned.
Finance is urgently needed to meet transportation, mobilization and other logistics cost for the meeting.
We would appreciate if other networks could take responsibility of the transport cost from the participating refugees from their regions. Please support the call for finance and help to spread this appeal for donation!
The conference is organized by The VOICE Refugee Forum Network - Initiative Möhlau Sachsen-Anhalt and Baden-Württemberg Flüchtlingsinitiative/The VOICE – Baden-Württemberg, in collaboration with the Caravan Hamburg in support of the Break Isolation Network in Thüringen.
