We wish to invite activists, political critics, supporters and donors to join us and to participate with the activists in The VOICE Refugee Forum network for the ongoing political campaign events with discussions on the chances to strengthening the political community of activists in the different regions of Germany.

-Discussions on the actual struggles of the refugees and migrants for freedom of movement
-Exchange of information with the participants on the call of the meeting.
For Comments and inputs on:
The ongoing resistance in solidarity with the struggles of the refugees and migrants in Germany against state criminalisation and their exploitation here in Europe and in the home countries of migrants.
The experiences of refugees and migrants in the autonomy of our resistance and struggles against racism and discrimination, including the colonial collaboration with the African reactionary states of the “western global orders” in furthering their exploitations of the continent.
The human rights abuses, the tortures and state criminalisation of refugees and migrants by the German state and the militarization of the borders by the fortress Europa regime in their continuous exclusion of refugees from Europe by all means possible through death, murder, imprisonment, deportation, persecution, including their restriction of movement to camps, lager, and discrimination will be part of the regular evaluation in our struggles to reflect the mentality of daily punishment and the reality of the situation of refugees and migrants here.
Proposals for Discussions and activities:
-Developing the wider perspective and concepts for actions within the political struggle against deportation and restriction of movement in the regions.
-For a conference on Deportation to Africa and the exile political protest against the dictatorial regimes in Africa . . . “The Dictators and the colonies”.
-Meeting on the documentation of refugee protest and resistance of the activists in Germany

-Information and mobilisation for Oury Jalloh with the WDR
film-documentation “Tod in der Zelle” on his death on 07.01.2005 in Dessau (scheduled to start at 8pm)
-The Murder of Oury Jalloh in the police cell breaks the silence against the Police racist conspiracy – a demonstration is planned for 01.04.2006 in dessau (contakt: Aitak – Karawane Frankfurt, Tel: 01632417244.
- “Residenzpflicht-Gesetz” versus freedom of movement “A right once extinguished may never be regained”. We demand full restoration of this right not only for our purpose today but for future generations and for posterity. " Those who fail to condemn evil, commit it to be done". The dignity of man is non negotiable and must be upheld in all cases.
The primary motive of this initiative is to develop a common ground for and with refugees and migrants in the various regions of Germany and in Europe to support The VOICE Refugee Forum and the ongoing campaigns for the rights of refugees and migrants: links to the campaigns:

Einladung zu einer offenen Diskussion
Wir möchten politische AktivistInnen und KritikerInnen, UnterstützerInnen und SpenderInnen dazu einladen, gemeinsam mit den Aktivisten im Netzwork von The VOICE Refugee Forum teilzunehmen an den laufenden politischen Kampagnenereignissen sowie an den Diskussionen über die Chancen zur Stärkung der politischen Gemeinschaft von Menschenrechtsaktivisten in den verschiedenen Regionen Deutschlands.

Diskussionen zum aktuellen Stand des Kampfes der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen für uneingeschränkte Bewegungsfreiheit in Deutschland
Treffen mit Diskussionen und Workshops zu folgenden Themen:
Der aktuelle Widerstand in Solidarität mit dem Kampf der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen in Deutschland gegen staatliche Kriminalisierung und ihre Ausbeutung in Europa wie auch in ihren Heimatländern.
Die Erfahrungen der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen in der Autonomie unseres Widerstands und unseres Kampfes gegen Rassismus, Diskriminierung und gegen die koloniale Kollaboration mit den reaktionären afrikanischen Staaten im Sinne der „westlichen globalen Ordnung“ mit dem Ziel die Ausbeutung des Kontinents voranzutreiben.
Menschenrechtsverletzungen, Folter und staatliche Kriminalisierung von Flüchtlingen und MigrantInnen durch den deutschen Staat und die Militarisierung der Grenzen durch das Regime der Festung Europa in der kontinuierlichen Ausgrenzung von Flüchtlingen aus Europa mit allen möglichen Mitteln - durch Tod, Mord, Gefangennahme, Abschiebung, Verfolgung, einschließlich der Beschränkung ihrer Bewegungsfreiheit auf Flüchtlingslager, und Diskriminierung – wird Teil der regelmäßigen Evaluation in unseren Kämpfen sein um die allgegenwärtige Bestrafungsmentalität sowie die reale Situation von Flüchtlingen und MigrantInnen hier zu reflektieren.
Vorschläge für Diskussionen und Aktivitäten:
- Die Entwicklung weiterführender Perspektiven und Konzepte für Aktionen im Kampf gegen Abschiebung und Beschränkung der Bewegungsfreiheit in den Regionen.
- Vorbereitungstreffen für eine Konferenz zu Abschiebungen nach Afrika und zu den exilpolitischen Protesten gegen die diktatorischen Regime in Afrika: „Die Diktatoren und die Kolonien.“
- Treffen zur Dokumentation des Flüchtlingsprotestes und des politischen Widerstandes der Aktivisten in Deutschland
Ankündigung:
Information und Mobilisierung für Oury Jalloh mit der WDR Film-Dokumentation „Tod in der Zelle“ über seinen Tod am 07.01.2006 im Dessauer Polizeigewahrsam.
Der Mord an Oury Jalloh in einer Gefängniszelle der Polizei lässt das einvernehmliche Schweigen über die rassistische Verschwörung der Polizei brechen. – Eine Demonstration in Dessau ist für den 01.04.2006 geplant (Kontakt: Aitak – Karawane Frankfurt, Tel: 01632417244.)
- „Residenzpflicht-Gesetz“ gegen Bewegungsfreiheit
„Ist ein Grundrecht erst einmal beseitigt, könnte es für immer verloren bleiben!“. Wir fordern die uneingeschränkte Wiederherstellung der menschlichen Bewegungsfreiheit nicht nur für unsere, sondern auch für zukünftige Generationen und die Nachwelt! „Wer das Böse nicht verurteilt, unterstützt dessen Wirken!“. Die Würde des Menschen ist nicht verhandelbar und muss unter allen Umständen aufrechterhalten werden!
Der primäre Beweggrund für diese Initiative ist es eine gemeinsame Grundlage zu entwickeln für und mit Flüchtlingen und MigrantInnen in den verschiedenen Regionen Deutschlands und in Europa um The VOICE Refugee Forum und die aktuellen Kämpfe der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen zu stärken.

La résistance en cours de la solidarité avec les réfugiés et émigrés en Allemagne contre la criminalisation étatique et leur exploitation ici en Europe et dans les pays d´origine des émigrés.
L´expérience des réfugiés et émigrés pour la résistance autonome et de lutte contre le racisme et la discrimination, y compris la collaboration coloniale avec les états réactionnaires d´Afrique de l´ordre global occidental afin de les exploiter de plus en plus .
Les abus des droits de l´homme, les tortures et la criminalisation étatique des réfugiés et émigrés par l´état allemand et la militarisation des frontières du régime de la forteresse d´Europe dans leur continuité d´exploitation des réfugiés d´Europe par tous les moyens possibles à travers la mort, assassinat, emprisonnement, déportation, persécution, restriction de mouvement et discrimination feront partie de l´évaluation régulière dans notre lutte de réflexion de mentalité de punition quotidienne et de la réalité de la situation des réfugiés et émigrés ici

Développer à l´intérieur de la lutte politique une grande perspective et concepts d´action contre les déportations et restriction de mouvement dans les régions.
Pour une conférence sur la déportation en Afrique et la protestation des exilés politiques contre les régimes dictatoriaux en Afrique….. « Les dictateurs et les colonies »
Rencontre au sujet de la documentation de la protestation des réfugiés et la résistance des activistes en Allemagne.
Annonce:
-Information et mobilisation pour Ourry Jalloh avec un film documentaire de la WDR “Tod in der Zelle” sur sa mort le 07.01.2005 à Dessau (début de programme à partir de 20 heures)
-Les meurtriers d´Oury Jalloh dans une cellule policière doivent mettre fin au silence de la conspiration raciste de la police – une démonstration est planifié pour le 01er. 04. 2006 à Dessau (contact: Aitak – Karawane Frankfurt, Tél: 01632417244. Pour une campagne nationale)
- “Loi sur la résidence obligatoire ” contre la liberté de mouvement “Un droit qui fut aboli ne doit plus voir jour une fois de plus”. Nous exigeons une restauration complète de ce droit non pas seulement pour notre intérêt présent mais pour les générations à venir et pour la prospérité. «Ceux qui manquent à condamner le démon, accepte que cela puisse avoir lieu » La dignité humaine n´est pas négociable et doit être sauvegardée à tout prix.
Le motif premier de notre initiative est de développer une base commune pour et avec les réfugiés et émigrés dans les différentes régions de l´Allemagne et d´Europe afin d´apporter du soutient au The Voice Refugee Forum et les campagnes en cours pour les droits des réfugiés et émigrés : les liens Internet au sujet des campagnes :
