Statement of The VOICE Refugee Forum Bavaria:
In solidarity with the "Refugee Struggle for Freedom" protest march from Munich to Nuremberg 2016,
We demand for unconditional Residence - Stop all deportations - For Freedom of Movement!!!
March starts on 8th October in Munich to end on 21st October in Nuremberg
The protest march is aimed to mobilize and organize against the delay and refusal of Refugee Application for protection by the Federal office for Migration - (Bundesamt für Migration) and Refugee Asylum in Nueremberg.
“Refugees struggle for freedom group - We will continue to fight until we achieve our goal.”
Our Community of Refugee political activists in Bavaria stand in Solidarity with the “Refugees struggle for freedom group” for the upcoming Refugees Protest march on the 8th October 2016, from Munich to Nuremberg
From The VOICE Refugee Forum Bavaria, we give full support to the upcoming Munich to Nuremberg protest march. We refugees here fight for our rights, strengthen each other and together we will defend our dignity. We are also human beings and deserve respect and dignity like any human being. By coming together, we will continue to learn from each other, develop our strength by continued self-empowerment to overcome the different faces of injustice in Europe.
Most of us are victims of war, violence and greedy exploitation. Some of us lost our families and many of us are separated from their children, wives and husbands, while countless numbers of us died on the journey to Europe under the watchful eyes of FRONTEX. As a result, many of us remain traumatized today.
Yet, instead of being given the necessary therapeutic and other necessary support, we are discriminated against, subjected to various forms of psychological and physical torture, and expected to gratefully accept our unspoken label of subhuman - „Untermensch“ in the name of refugees. Maybe because, here we do not have bombs raining on us anymore. We are here because western leaders and their countries destroyed our lands. They make our lands their colonies and captured our freedom, our life resources. We are here because of war inside our lands and our lives and homes have been demolished. We are here because our political and economic systems are corrupt and supported by the West.
Our goal is to organize with self-organisation of refugees and their Communities against the Apartheid in isolation camps and Lagers and to empower the political Networks and struggles in the camps. The self-determination of the refugees for auto-liberation from institutional racism and discrimination is clearly defined; We will unite to form a block against suicidal acts and traumas in Isolation lagers. We demand solidarity in protest against the collective punishments through the racist persecution of refugees in Germany. We demand the abolition of the Residence Obligation (Residenzpflicht) and the segregation of refugees in Lagers, camps and Deportation prisons. We stand for Freedom of movement for all, deportation stop and all discriminatory laws against refugees. We are united against any form of colonial injustice and social exclusion of refugees and people without rights in Germany.
We are in solidarity with the “Refugees struggle for freedom” (https://www.facebook.com/refugeestruggle/ and http://refugeestruggle.org) because their demands are also our demands. We call on all activists to focus on promoting networking and unity within Refugees Communities and mobilise to duly represent our own VOICES.
We demand for unconditional Residence!
Stop all deportation! For Freedom of Movement!!!
We look forward to meeting you all in our struggles
On the Move! Power Up, in solidarity!!
