Der geduldete Asylbewerber Miloud Lahmar Cherif hat Ende Juli einen Wohnsitzwechsel für sich und seine Familie von Meiningen nach Jena beantragt, weil er sein an der TU Ilmenau begonnenes Informatikstudium ab Oktober an der FSU Jena fortsetzen möchte. Die Zulassung zum Studium an der FSU wurde innerhalb 3 Tagen nach Einreichung der Unterlagen erteilt.
Es dürfte Ihnen/Euch ja sicherlich bekannt sein, dass ein Asylbewerber wie ich eine Bestätigung sowohl der Ausländerbehörde (ABH) in Meiningen, als auch der in Jena benötige, um meinen Wohnsitz von der einen in die andere Stadt wechseln zu dürfen.

Bike-tour through refugee-camps in Berlin and Brandenburg from the 22nd till 26th of August.
On Thursday, 22nd of august a press-conference will take place in Bad Belzig, Weitzgrunder Weg.Afterwards a group of refugee-activists start with a mobilisation-tour by bycicle through refugee-Lager in Brandenburg and Berlin.
On the 26th of August will be a start-up demonstration in the border-city Frankfurt(Oder) to open the "Stop Deportation Camp" which will take place from 26th of August till 1st of September 2014 in Eisenhüttenstadt.

Flüchtlinge werden in Deutschland durch das rassistische Gesetz der Residenzpflicht schikaniert. Ein solches Gesetz zur Aufenthaltsbeschränkung existiert in keinem anderen europäischen Staat.

Die Revisionsverhandlung im Fall Oury Jalloh findet am 28. August 2014, 9 Uhr, in Karlruhe statt. Der Bundesgerichtshof muss entscheiden, ob ein dritter Prozess stattfinden soll.

In August 2014, first preparation meeting took place in Jena. Refugee’s activist from different protests in Germany exchanged their experiences and information during this time.
Following the call, deportation was marked as the main target for the refugee’s movement in Germany. Hence a demand to unite solidarity was emphasized.
