Am Dienstag, den 13.Oktober, entscheidet die Thüringer Landesregierung ob sie am 16.10.der geplanten Asylrechtsverschärfung im Bundesrat zustimmt.
Das neue Asylgesetz bedeutet u.a.:
- mehr Isolation durch längere zentralisierte Unterbringung in den Erstaufnahmestellen (bis 6 Monate)
- wieder mehr Sachleistungen statt Geldzahlungen
- mehr und schnellere Abschiebungen ohne Ankündigung
- mehr sogenannte sichere Drittstaaten
- Sonderlager und -regelungen für Geflüchtete aus angeblich sicheren Drittstaaten, die eine massive Einschränkung ihrer Rechte bedeuten

On tuesday, Oct. 13 the thuringian state government will decide weather or not they will endorse the thightening of the asylum law that will be consulted in the Bundesrat on Oct. 16.
The new asylum law will bring:
* more isolation through longer centralized accomodation in Lager
* Reintroducing of the voucher system for social benefits instead of money
* more and faster evictions without prior notice
* more so-called safe third countries

Am 7.01.2005 wurde der aus Sierra Leone stammende Asylbewerber Oury Jalloh im Dessauer Polizeirevier an Händen und Füßen auf eine feuerfeste Matratze einer „Schlichtzelle“ gefesselt und verbrannt.

Zur Tatortermittlung wurde kein Brandsachverständiger hinzugezogen. Es wurde kein nachvollziehbares Brandlegungsmittel aufgefunden und nicht vor Ort nach Brandbeschleunigern gesucht.
Der institutionalisierte Verfolgungseifer der Polizei Sachsen – Anhalts findet seine juristische Fortsetzung durch Dessauer und Magdeburger Richter und Staatsanwälte! Am 30. Oktber 2015 wird erneut ein Prozess gegen Mouctar Bah vor dem Amtsgericht Magdeburg eröffnet.

Wir wollen Asyl aus politischen Gründen – Warum bekommen wir keine Antwort?
In Eritrea haben wir keine wirtschaftlichen Probleme, wir haben politische Probleme.
Wir brauchen die Gewährung von Asyl schnell, da wir zur Schule gehen und arbeiten möchten. Dafür haben wir aber keine Erlaubnis, weil wir keine Entscheidung vom Bundesamt erhalten Unsere Hauptforderung ist daher unsere schnelle Anerkennung als politische Flüchtlinge.
