Öffentliche Erklärung zur akuten Zwangsräumung von Allmende

Die Zwangsräumung des Vereins Allmende e.V. nähert sich an. Das Urteil des Landgerichts sieht eine sofortige Räumung vor. Dass ein Zwangsräumungstermin durch einen Gerichtsvollzieher angesetzt wird, ist nur noch eine Frage von wenigen Wochen. Dieses Urteil halten wir für absolut einseitig und ungerecht. Wie in vielen anderen Fällen wurde auch dieses Mal zu Gunsten des Vermieters entschieden.

Der Richter warf der Polizei unprofessionelle Arbeit vor, und zuletzt forderte selbst der Staatsanwalt Freispruch: Das Landgericht Stuttgart hat in einer Berufungsverhandlung am 15. Dezember den Freispruch von Rex Osa (The Voice) des Ludwigsburger Amtsgerichts bestätigt. Beide Instanzen erkannten keinen Verstoß gegen das Versammlungsgesetz.
