- Family Arsič again threatened by deportation

It may be possible, that Germany will be loosing it's democracy, it's basic order like in the decade of 1930 in times of the Weimar Republic in favor of the Nazi regime. This would be a special situation, in which the German constitution is granting a permission to its citizens to put up resistance, if the destruction of the democracy could not be stopped in other way.

Haliti, Shani (39ans), un père célibataire avec deux enfants.

Le 12 Novembre 2015, Shani Haliti a reçu une lettre lui notifiant son expulsion imminente. Depuis lors, ses enfants et lui vivent dans la peur constante de l'expulsion vers un pays (la Serbie), où ils sont menacés de mort.

Deutschland ist möglicher Weise jetzt gerade dabei, wie schon in den 1930-iger Jahren, seine demokratische Grundordnung zu verspielen. Das ist die Situation, in welcher das Grundgesetz jedem Bürger das Recht zubilligt, Widerstand zu leisten, wenn Abhilfe anders nicht mehr möglich ist.

Jede Abschiebung ist ein Verbrechen

Seit mehreren Wochen finden in Thüringen Massenabschiebungen von Roma und anderen Geflüchteten aus sog. Sicheren Herkunftsstaaten statt. Dass diese Ländern, insbesondere für Roma und andere Minderheiten, nicht sicher sind, wurde von Roma Organisationen aber auch anderen NGOs mehrfach belegt.

Haliti, Shani (39), alleinstehender Vater mit zwei Kindern.

Am 12. November 2015 hat Shani Haliti einen Brief mit der Abschiebeankündigung erhalten. Seitdem leben er und seine Kinder in ständiger Angst vor der Abschiebung in ein Land (Serbien), in dem sie mit dem Tod bedroht werden.
