Lamprecht als Opfer einer Befragung „unter falschen Vorbehalten“, wird in die „Rassismusecke gedrängt“, Staatsanwalt Winkler wird „schon die ganze Zeit“ um die „Definitionshoheit“ betrogen, Richterin Brinkmann fühlt sich missverstanden und falsch dargestellt im Internet – was wird hier verteidigt? Um wessen Recht geht es? Am Ende fragt derjenige, der hier vor Gericht gebracht wurde (dessen Verdacht, dass dies aus rassistischen Motiven geschehen ist, solch einen Sturm der Verteidigung ausgelöst hat): „Kann ich den Zeugen anzeigen, dafür dass er hier vor Gericht so lügt?“
