Die gewaltsamen Polizeiüberfälle vor Flüchtlingslagern zielen darauf, die Kommunikation zwischen organisierten Flüchtlingen und Flüchtlingen, die durch das deutsche Lagersystem festgehalten werden, zu verhindern. Mittels „Hausrecht“ soll politische Betätigung, Selbstvertretung und Selbstorganisation unmöglich gemacht werden.
