Intrigued lies and arbitrary justice versus Legal Disobedience

A non-white (=non-German?) person is controlled inside a local train heading to Meiningen in one of the deepest corners of Thuringia /Germany by Federal Police officers – just like “that”…with no reason given. The subsequent question for their intention did also led to no reasonable explanation: “This is our job and the law gives us the unconditional right to control you…” was the cheap and preventatively downplaying answer of these executive officers as to camouflage their motivation in question.

Intrigante Falschbehauptungen und willfährige Justiz versus Legalem Ungehorsam

Ein nicht-weißer (=nicht-deutscher?) Mensch wird von Beamten der Bundespolizei in einem Regionalzug im tiefsten Thüringen kontrolliert – „einfach so“…ohne Angabe von Gründen. Die entsprechende Nachfrage führt zu keinem nachvollziehbaren Ergebnis: „Dies ist unser Job und das Gesetz gibt uns das Recht zu kontrollieren ...“ lautet die vorgeblich einfallslose und vorbeugend verharmlosende Antwort der Exekutivbeamten zu Verschleierung ihrer Motivation zur Kontrolle.

Jeder nicht-weiße Mensch in Deutschland wurde sicherlich schon mindestens einmal von der Polizei aufgefordert Personaldokumente vorzuzeigen – „einfach so“ - ohne Angabe nachvollziehbarer Gründe. So etwas kann dir überall in Deutschland passieren, besonders in Zügen, auf Bahnhöfen und auf öffentlichen Plätzen. Vermutlich hast du dich gewundert, warum sie ausgerechnet dich unter Duzenden oder Hunderten weißer Leute ausgesucht haben, um dich nach deinen Personaldokumenten zu fragen. Oft ist die Antwort deine Hautfarbe, dein Kleidungsstil, deine Sprache ... alles was dich anders aussehen lässt, als dieses Volk.

My statement on the federal police's charges against me on racist control

If you are a non-white man or a woman living in Germany, you have probably - at least once during your stay here - been asked by the police to show your personal documents without any obvious reasons behind that behavior. This act could take place anywhere in Germany, especially in the trains, train-stations and public spaces. You might have been also wondering why they did exactly choose YOU among tens or hundreds of white people to ask you for your personal documents. Often is the answer my color of skin, my clothing style, my language ..., everything that makes you look different than this nation.

Angela Davis and Gina Dent wanted to visit the refugee occupied school in the Ohlauer Strasse and were denied access by the District authorities.
