Anklage: 3-facher Verstoß gegen das Versammlungsrecht im Landkreis Ludwigsburg am 07.05.13

Die erhobenen Anklagen wegen angeblicher Gesetzesübertretungen stehen im Zusammenhang mit den Lagerbesuchen im Landkreis Ludwigsburg während der Refugee Liberation Bus Tour im letzten Jahr, als einem von 44 Landkreisen in denen insgesamt mehr als 50 Isolationslager für Asylsuchende in Baden-Württemberg besucht wurden. Die Polizei des Landkreises Ludwigsburg ist übrigens die einzige Polizeidienststelle, die unsere Besuche von Geflüchteten vor Ort als Protest bzw. Demonstration gewertet hat.

Activists of The VOICE Refugee Forum, The Plataforma for Refugees and Migrants and The Caravan for the rights of Refugees and Migrants (Germany): Mbolo M.Yufanyi and Mai Zeidani Yufanyi together with some African activists in Israel/Palestine attended a Picket at the Apartheid "Open" Prison in Holot in the Negev desert (South of Israel).

April 7 at the Hamburg district court a trial took place because of supposed trespassing.

„End to the ignorance – Recognition of the group Lampedusa in Hamburg - for a life in dignity“ was written on banner with which some people entered last june the townhall.
