Residenzpflicht: Refugees and migrants are victims and survivors of the intolerance - The VOICE Refugee News Network
"As Refugees, we are prejudged as criminals, with the racial discrimination of residentzflichtgesetzt, we become Potential criminals, in the face of the German Apartheid administrative culture".
Baden Wuerttemburg,
Its been *years of campaign and struggle against the German Residence Obligation Law "Residenzpflichtgesetz" - a potent instrument installed to destroy life Quality of Refugee and migrants by racist culture of exclusion and Isolation.
*Felix Otto - a Cameroonian refugee activist is a victim of such inhumanity not only because he had exercised his basic right of freedom to move. Otto is been sentenced to remain in Suhl Prison for as long as 8 months after been controlled and taken into custody as he travelled outside the socalled obligated District of residence.
During such controls, the Police always take advantage of putting the victims through various forms of demoralizing racial abuses and brutality that has caused severe harm and death to victims of such control, as the German state stands always to cover up such deeds of its enforcers.
That is democratic Germany and its proclamation of helping to develop the third world through its segregate inhuman laws for persecution as Refugees try to exercise their right to move freely as allowed by the Universal declaration for which Germany is major signatory.
The "Residenzpflichtgesetz” is in no way meant to protect public interest but rather as prejudice to the Origin of persons who are identified as below humans by the racist structure. They are seen as not deserving any form of integration but to be demoralized and pushed into abject depression and psychological trauma before .the colonial heritage of deportation “Abschiebung Zwangmassnahme” is established.
In the pretence not to conflict the Universal Declaration, the German constitution down played the aspect of Freedom of movement but left the room for the respective grassroots instruments to facilitate the agenda of their colonial justice by the German state in their persecution and criminalisation of refugees through the restriction of movement in Germany. The reason was to create room of denied responsibility when this inhumanity explodes in the face of the world as a State.
The scandal against inhuman practices shall continue as long as the German rule of Apartheid seizes to exist. Many Activists had the courage to reject this abnormal "Residenzpflicht” by refusal to pay the fine imposed because they rather will prefers forced imprisonment against their right.
It is shameful to know that the Police are now part of the Rail Passengers with no other assignment but selective control of foreigners especially Blacks who are easily identified amongst all.
The German rule for Refugees and Migrants falls into the same Pass Laws operated in the Past South Africa, they are rules based on external qualifications notwithstanding the severe cost burden on the German economy.
The basis of this Apartheid rule is to continuously exercise their exploitive manipulations by destroying our political will through uncivilized racist enforcement which endangers the security of the Refugees in Germany.
This control policy has continued to inflict physical and mental pains on its victims through various state enforcement officers who seize this opportunity to exert deliberate cruelty even to the White Germans who associate with refugees.
As Refugees, we are prejudged as criminals, with the racial discrimination of residentzflichtgesetzt, we become Potential criminals, in the face of the German Apartheid administrative culture.
Many thousands of detained immigrants are victims and survivors of intolerance, unfairness and injustice of the so-called Democratic German State.
Freedom is non-negotiable and needed to be protected by every democratic society as the concrete base of human personality development.
Humidity is humanity and there is not any other way to measure it, Germany must be compelled to envision a world in which the historical, structural, and systematic injustices of post-conflict communities are adequately commemorated not in mere words but in Practice.
We are hopeful that Germany will accept true democratic responsibility and show practical respect for our values as humans.
