Am 27. April 2013 versammelten sich etwa 150 Menschen am Wolfsburger Hauptbahnhof, um sich mit den Flüchtlingen des Isolationslagers Wolfsburg/Fallersleben zu solidarisieren. Mit Transparenten, Sprechchören, Trommeln und Musik ging es durch die Wolfsburger Innenstadt. Eine starke Präsenz der Flüchtlingsgemeinschaften aus Ostniedersachsen, Hannover, Braunschweig und Peine setzte ein neues Zeichen in der Region:
