A group of some 20 to 30 displaced persons, formally interned in German refugee camps, broke an official order that constrains their movement and embarked on a 500 km (310 miles) march across the country to protest at what they call inhumane treatment by the authorities. They started their walk in the Bavarian city of Wuerzburg in September and plan to reach the German capital on October 6. Ulu, who said he was jailed in Turkey for his political convictions, is writing a blog about his experiences during the journey. Genug ist genug. Es ist Zeit für Widerstand!
Es ist unumgänglich einzusehen, dass Flüchtlinge nicht aus Spaß aus ihrer Heimat fliehen. Sie tun es aufgrund sehr schwerwiegender Gründen, wie politischer Verfolgung oder unzumutbarer sozialen Verhältnissen, welche oft lebensbedrohlich für sie sind. In der Hoffnung auf ein Leben in Frieden und Freiheit, setzten sie sich für die Flucht großen Gefahren aus und lassen ihre gesamte Existenz, ihre Familien, Freundinnen und Freunde zurück.

Brandanschlag auf Flüchtlingslager in Wörth/Niederbayern
Flüchtlinge in Angst und Schrecken – ein rassistischer Hintergrund liegt nahe
In der Nacht zum Samstag, den 03. November, wurde in Wörth an der Isar ein Brandanschlag auf das dortige Flüchtlingslager verübt. Weil ein Bewohner des Lagers den Brand durch Zufall bemerkte, wurde glücklicherweise niemand verletzt. Die Vermutung eines rassistischen Hintergrunds drängt sich auf.

Pupils between 10-13 Jahres of Age paid a solidarity Visit to the Refugee Protest Camp and It was great to der the Kids displaying their solidarity through drawings and words of Motivation for the actions.
