Der 4. Strafsenat des Bundesgerichtshofs Karlsruhe hat am 04.09.2014, das Urteil des Landgerichts Magdeburg (schriftl. Urteil vom Mai 2013) gegen den damaligen ienstgruppenleiter Andreas Schubert für rechtskräftig erklärt.
Damit wird auch ein Hypothesenkonstrukt über die mutmaßliche Nutzung eines so nicht vorhandenen Feuerzeugs zur Selbstanzündung als rechtsfehlerfreie Überzeugung höchstrichterlich geadelt.

Miloud is an Algerian Asylum Seeker that lives with his family since 2009 in Germany. He is an Activist for the rights of refugees and Migrants with the Voice Refugee Forum. He has been successfully fighting for the closure of the Zella-Mehlis isolation camp, the residence obligation and deportation of his family in the past years. Since 2012, Miloud studies in TU Ilmenau and he will continue his Study in Jena FSU starting from next October (Winter Semester).

Also: Für die 10 Leute auf dem Dach, die sagen, wenn wir kein Angebot kriegen, dann springen wir eher als das wir gehen: Kein Wasser, Kein Essen, keine dringend benötigte Medizin, Keine Anwältinnen, keine Verhandlungsperson, schon gar nicht wie gefordert: Frau Kolat oder andere politische Verantwortliche mit Verhandlungsangeboten und bald gar keine Kommunikationsmöglichkeit mehr nach draußen, da die Handys bald alle. Strategie Polizei: Abwarten, zermürben, aussitzen.
