Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We would like to extend our best wishes and invite all our brothers and sisters, families and organisations of the African Black Community in Germany, to endorse and confirm their participation in the African Community Conference which will be taking place in Dessau on the 6th and 7th January 2007.
Please help to spread our call to the African – Black initiatives and activists for the Conference. We demand for all support and solidarity with Oury Jalloh Memorial - Family Campaign in Dessau and Against Racist Police Killings and Criminalisation in Germany.
We also would like all activists in the community to contact and encourage other groups to join us and also to confirm their participation for the conference.
Your comments on the Calls and programme will be highly appreciated.

- Presentation of the African Community Conference Dessau by FIB
- The political works and struggles of the Africans and Black community activists in Germany by ISD (Initiative Schwarzer Menschen in Deutschland) and Refugee Emancipation.
- Presentation and inputs on the proposed "African Family Campaign" for the victims of police brutality and killings: The VOICE and the family of Dominque from Dortmund, Black Community Hamburg, African Refugee Initiative Dessau, Refugee Emancipation, Afrika-Rat, Oromo Center, FIB,ISD, ADEFRA and other African community initiatives from the different regions in Germany.
- Institutional racism and criminalisation of refugees and migrants in Germany: African Black Community Forum activists.
- Presentation on Africa Forced migration and the German Fortress Europe by FIB and The VOICE

16.00 hrs (This will then be in working groups. The number of working groups depends on the number of participants).
- The challenges, our demands and the future activities of African Community Conference.
- "The African Family Campaign against Racist Police Killings and Criminalisation of Africans and Blacks in Germany and the campaign for
justice and dignity for Africa"
- Common perspectives on our political struggles (Memorandum of understanding between groups and organisations present and for future
participating bodies on the Memorial Ceremony for all victims of police killing.

General Plenary to discuss results and resolutions of Working Groups.

Cultural events, entertainment and private meetings while preparing for a morning mass and the demonstration the next day.

Liebe Brüder und Schwestern,
Wir möchten Euch gerne auf diesem Wege unsere herzlichen Grüße zukommen
lassen und laden alle unsere Brüder und Schwestern, Familien und
Organisationen der African-Black Community in Deutschland ein, zu einer
Teilnahme an der African Community Conference in Dessau am 6. und 7.Januar
2007. Wir bitten um eine Bestätigung zur Teilnahme.
Bitte helft uns unseren Aufruf zur Konferenz weiterzuleiten innerhalb der
African – Black Initiativen und Aktivisten. Wir wünschen uns und fordern
von allen Unterstützung und Solidarität mit Oury Jalloh Memorial – Family
Campaign Dessau und gegen rassistische Polizei verübte Morde und
Polizeikriminalität in Deutschland.
Wir möchten außerdem alle Aktivisten in der Gemeinschaft kontaktieren und
andere Gruppen ermutigen uns sich anzuschließen und auch ihre Teilnahme an
der Konferenz zu bestätigen.
