The racist police violence and murder of Africans in Germany
Break the Silence!
The wide gap of silence which protects the "Bad cops" and isolates or even criminalizes those who try to rescue or protest against the police abuses must be discussed by the victims and those affected.
The racist police brutality and Police Murder of the Africans and the Blacks have become so normalized from one horror to another and the responsible officers are never held accountable for their extra-legal actions.
Most Media coverage and the "Bio - Germans" often treat the police racist controls that are committed with assaults, intimidation and violence, physical brutality and Murder of the "Non -Bio - Germans" like NOTHING happened. The press often report such brutalities usually from the points of views of the police and the racist state authorities while ignoring the voices and complain of the victims by neglecting the actions and protest against their atrocities.
All this promote the interest of the police officers to exhibit their attitude of arrogance beyond controls that imply the authorities and the system to protect and use the racist police to perpetuate racism.
As long as the victims and those affected do not have their own fronts, all other reports in the main stream media will always glorify the racist system of social exclusion and marginalisation of the voiceless in the public. We will discuss to improve the organisational structures and network of active resistance against the racist police brutality in the African - Black Community in Germany. The consulted activists in the Community Network have unanimously agreed to organise for the 2nd commemoration of the murder of Oury Jalloh, who was burned to death in the central police cell of Dessau on the 7th January in 2005.
Therefore, we will like to organise meetings to together on the following proposals and issues:
-The Political Perspectives of the Conference and the 2 days events in Dessau.
-Develop a declaration and to evaluate the struggles against the Racist Police Brutality and Murder, and also against the maltreatment and criminalisation of the Africans: - In Dessau and in the other regions of Germany.
-Invite the family of Oury Jalloh to the events in Germany?
- Mobilisation concept and consultation with the Africans and Black community activists and groups in Germany and beyond.
-Co-ordination and Finance to support events
We propose to start the mobilisation and to call on all activists and groups to organise together on behalf of the African -Black Community for the Conference on "Opposition to police racism and abuse of power In Remembrance of Oury Jalloh in Dessau on the 6-7 of January 2007

En mémoire d´Oury Jalloh et à l´occasion de la commémoration du fait d´avoir été tué et brûlé vif dans une station de police à Dessau le 07 janvier 2005, nous les activistes du forum de la conférence africaine, proposons d´organiser une rencontre d´activistes africains et d´allemand d´origine africaine contre la brutalité policière et la criminalisation.
Pendant la conférence de la communauté africaine noire à Dessau du 5 au 7 janvier à Dessau, il y aura des discussions et rapports au sujet des luttes des africains à Dessau en l´honneur des victimes en Allemagne par l´entremise des activistes, représentants et délégués des communautés noires et fricaines sous le thème :
Arrêtez les Tueries Racistes et la Criminalisation de Notre Existence en Allemagne!
Nous voulons coordonner avec les activistes dans différentes structures régionales et en solidarité d´action avec ceux de ambourg,Goettingen,Halle, Jena, Berlin, Munich et Brandenbourg qui avaient pris part à la première réunion préparatoire pour les actions de planification en septembre 2006. Alors là tous les activistes du forum de la communauté noire africaine étaient tombés d´accord de prendre part aux évènements de Dessau. On parla des chances et des possibilités d´élargir le spectre et perspectives de nos actions de protestations contre la brutalité policière et la criminalisation des africains dans la communauté et d´emmagasiner et faire la liste des victimes africaines en relation avec les points au sujet de la brutalité policière et les criminalisations en Allemagne.
Pour ces évènements en janvier, nous insisterons sur le point de la part de la participation active et support des activistes de la communauté noire africaine,y compris les familles,relations amis et témoins des victimes des brutalités policières et tueries en Allemagne- tel Dominique K. à Dortmund,Oury Jalloh à Dessau, Laye-Alama Condé à remen, John Achidi à Hamburg, N'deye Mareame Sarr à Aschaffenburg, Amir Ageeb à München, Kola Bankole à Frankfurt et tout le reste – afin de coordonner les acrivités en elation avec Dessau.
Groupes et activistes intéressés à organiser les évènements préparatoires avant janvier 2007 dans leurs groupes ou dans d´autres villes devraient discuter et confirmer leur participation pour la coordination par email àt: “Africa Conference Forum” acf-community@emdash.org ou email: thevoiceforum@emdash.org.

Appeal for Participation in Oury Jalloh Memorial in Dessau
In memory of Oury Jalloh and on the occasion of the 2nd year commemoration of his being killed and burned in the cell of the Dessau police station, on 07 janury, 2005, we, the activists in the Africa-Conference-Forum, proposed to organise a conference and demo with protest actions that will lead to important gatherings of African and Black Community activists in Germany against racist police brutality and criminalisation.
During the African - Black Community Conference events in Dessau on the 6th and 7th January 2007 there will be discussions and reports about the struggles of the Africans in Dessau for the victims in Germany by activists, representatives and delegates of the African and Black Communities in Germany under the topic:
Stop Racist Police Killings and Criminalisation of Our Existence in Germany!
We want to coordinate with activists in the various regional structures and with solidarity activities in the black communities from Hamburg, Goettingen, Halle, Jena, Berlin, München and Brandenburg who participated in the first Berlin preparatory meeting for the planned actions in September 2006. Then, all activists from the African-Black Community Forum meeting agreed in principles to participate in the events in Dessau. We discussed about the chances and the possibilities to broaden the spectrum and perspectives of our protest actions against police brutality and the criminalisation of the Africans in the community and to compile the events and lists of the African victims with related topics on the issues of racist police brutality and criminalisations in Germany.
For the events in January, we will stress on the need for active participation and support from the African-Black Community activists, including the families, relations, friends and advocates of the victims of police brutality and killings in Germany - such as Dominique K. in Dortmund, Oury Jalloh in Dessau, Laye-Alama Condé in Bremen, John Achidi in Hamburg, N'deye Mareame Sarr in Aschaffenburg, Amir Ageeb in München, Kola Bankole in Frankfurt and others - to co-ordinate together the activities for Dessau.
Groups and activists interested to organise the preparatory events BEFORE January 2007 in their groups or in other towns should discuss and confirm their participation for the coordinatation by e-mail at: "Africa Conference Forum" acf-community@emdash.org or e-mail: thevoiceforum@emdash.org.

In Erinnerung an Oury Jalloh und anlässlich des zweiten Jahrestags seiner Ermordung und Verbrennung in einer Polizeizelle in Dessau am 07. Januar 2005 schlagen wir - Aktivisten des Africa-Conference-Forums - vor, als Protestaktion eine Konferenz sowie eine Demonstration zu organisieren, die zu einem wichtigen Zusammenkommen Afrikanischer und Black Community Aktivisten in Deutschland gegen rassistische Polizeibrutalität und Kriminalisierung führen soll.
Während der Afrikanischen/Black-Community-Konferenz in Dessau am 6. und 7. Januar 2007 werden Diskussionen und Berichte über die Kämpfe von Afrikanern in Dessau für die Opfer in Deutschland durch Aktivisten, Repräsentanten und Delegierte der Afrikanischen und Schwarzen Community in Deutschland unter folgendem Titel stattfinden:
Stoppt die rassistischen Polizeimorde und die Kriminalisierung unserer Existenz in Deutschland!
Wir wollen uns mit Aktivisten aus verschiedenen regionalen Strukturen sowie der Schwarzen Community aus Hamburg, Göttingen, Halle, Jena, Berlin, München and Brandenburg koordinieren, die am ersten Berliner Vorbereitungstreffen in Berlin im September 2006 teilgenommen haben. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt stimmten alle diese Aktivisten des Afrikanisch-Schwarzen Community Forums prinzipiell überein, an den Aktivitäten in Dessau teilzunehmen. Einladung zu einem offenen Treffen afrikanischer AktivistInnen in Göttingen, 3. und 4. Juni 2006
Wir treffen uns um den Vorschlag für ein "Afrika-Konferenz- Forum" über soziopolitische Konflikte und racial marginalisation/rassische Marginalisierung in Europa zu diskutieren.
An alle!
Wir wollen alle TeilnehmerInnen darüber informieren, dass das vorgeschlagene "Afrika-Konferenz-Forum" sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat unsere Perspektiven auf soziopolitische Konflikte in Afrika und auf die
"rassische Marginalisierung" (racial marginalisation) in Europa miteinander zu teilen - dazu gehören auch Abschiebungen und die koloniale Verschwörung mit den afrikanischen Botschaften.
Um eine politische Struktur zu schaffen, die uns helfen wird das Engagement der afrikanischen Aktivisten zu konsolidieren und herauszufinden, was das gemeinsame politische Interesse in den Positionen der TeilnehmerInnen ist – darauf ausgerichtet eine Afrikanische Konferenz zu organisieren.
Mit dem Ziel, Einheit zu schaffen, indem wir uns mit den Trennungen in unseren Bewegungen auseinander setzen - jenseits von Nationalität, Klasse, Alter, Sprache, Religion und der kolonialen Erziehung - und unsere politischen Strukturen für eine "grassroots"-Mobilisierung von AfrikanerInnen in Deutschland stärken.
Es wird Berichte darüber geben, was sich in verschiedenen Städten und Regionen in Deutschland ereignet.
Kann es uns gelingen eine regionale und bundesweite Plattform afrikanischer AktivistInnen zu errichten, die aktiv engagiert gegen soziopolitische Konflikte in Afrika und gegen rassische Marginalisierung in Deutschland angeht?

Wir freuen uns über das Interesse der teilnehmenden AfrikanerInnen den Vorschlag eines Afrika-Konferenz-Forums zu kommentieren und weitere Vorschläge zu schicken und ihre Teilnahme an dem Treffen in Göttingen am 3. und 4. Juni 2006 zu bestätigen.
Wir appellieren an alle Freunde, Aktivisten und Gruppen, die nicht an dem Treffen teilnehmen können, uns dabei zu helfen, interessierte AfrikanerInnen zu erreichen und sie über das Treffen zu informieren und die Information weiter zu verteilen.

"Afrika ist nicht weit weg von uns" - Treffen Afrikanischer Aktivistinnen in Deutschland
Einladung zum offenen Treffen von AfrikanerInnen in Göttingen, 3. und 4. Juni 2006
Wir treffen uns zur Diskussion über den Vorschlag für eine "Afrika-Konferenz-Forum" über Sozio-politische Konflikte Afrikas und "racial marginalisation" in Europa Der Vorschlag von The VOICE Refugee Forum für ein "Afrika-Konferenz-Forum" ist ein Versuch ein offenes Forum für afrikanische Aktivisten zu etablieren um die politischen Angelegenheiten Afrikas zu diskutieren und die Herausforderungen und Chancen zu formulieren, die unsere aktive Teilnahme an einer zukünftigen Afrika-Konferenz stärken mit dem Ziel, zusammen mit den afrikanischen Communities in Deutschland eine alternative Quelle für politische Strukturen und für den informationsaustausch über sozio-politische Konflikte Afrikas und "racial marginalisation" - ( rassische Ausgrenzung ) in Europa zu entwickeln.
Wir rufen auf zu einem offenen Forum um unsere Erfahrungen im täglichen Kampf ums Überleben und für unser Wohlbefinden mit den afrikanischen Aktivisten zu teilen und um die politischen Ressourcen des
Afrika-Konferenz-Forum in Deutschland zu stärken.
Vorschläge zu den Inhalten, - politischen Strukturen, Forderungen und weitere Appelle der Konferenz werden gesammelt und diskutiert werden.
Alle interessierten AfrikanerInnen und AktivistInnen aus Afrika sind herzlich eingeladen an den Treffen teilzunehmen.
