Bescheid der Oberstaatsanwaltschaft Frankfurt, datiert vom 15.11.2012

Tenor:
Der 3. Strafsenat des OLG Frankfurt hat den Antrag auf Klageerzwingung wegen Unzulässigkeit abgelehnt. Er sieht nach Aktenlage keine hinreichende Begründung für die Ablehnung der Notwehr-Lage der Polizistin und bestätigt damit die Einstellungsverfügung der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft.
