Am Donnerstag, den 3. April 2014 fand ab um 10:30 Uhr am Amtsgericht Jena bereits der zweite Verhandlungstag gegen Thomas Ndindah wegen Widerstandes gegen Vollstreckungsbeamte statt – und eigentlich der erste in der Sache selbst. Der vorsitzende Richter Dr. Gerhard Litterst-Tiganele hatte sich dieses Mal für die 2 Polizeizeugen den ganzen Verhandlungstag freigehalten (also deutlich mehr als die primär am ersten Verhandlungstag kalkulierte Stunde). Die Staatsanwaltschaft wartete dieses Mal mit einem neuen Sitzungsvertreter auf.

On Tuesday, April 8th a mother and her two children have been deported to Macedonia lead through by a large quantity of police officers.
At 2:00pm plainclothes policemen gained access to the flat of the family in the Northern area of Erfurt. They forced the young mother to pack their stuff in one hour. Her nine and ten year old children have not been able to pack their personal stuff. They have been deported directly
Refugee activists are at the moment protesting at the venue of the Nigerian embassy corrupt deportation hearing taking place at Munich Flughafen Besuchpark (Wartungsalle 6, 85356 Munchen.
Amongst the protesting activist present is a non Nigerians Refugee who had earlier being issued deportation document by the Nigerian embassy delegation at Karlsruhe last year.
