Bericht über die Pressekonferenz der KARAWANE für die Rechte der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen

Am 17. März 2009 organisierte die KARAWANE für die Rechte der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen eine Pressekonferenz über die Situation der Flüchtlinge in Remscheid. Im Anschluss dokumentieren wir alle Beiträge der ReferentInnen und fassen die Ergebnisse hier zusammen. Den Bericht einer anwesenden Beobachterin haben wir hier veröffentlicht.

Zu Beginn bewertete Rechtsanwalt Klemens Roß vom Republikanischen Anwältinnen und Anwälteverein (RAV) e.V. aus rechtlicher Perspektive den Polizeieinsatzes vom 24. 10.2007 gegen die Flüchtlingsunterkunft im Bergfriederweg.

Solidarity note from Munich for the Erfurt Congress: Break isolation!

Unfortunately, the Munich Caravan group is not able to participate in your conference in Erfurt and Katzhütte.

Still, we want to extend you our greetings in solidarity. Like you, we are at the moment involved in a campaign here in Bayern to close down all lagers and to reclaim the right for everyone to live in his or her own appartment, at the place where he or she wants to live.
