Sehr geehrte Pressevertreter:innen,

schon seit längerem werden insbesondere die Ausländerbehörden in Sachsen-Anhalt stark kritisiert. Sie arbeiten langsam, ineffektiv und intransparent, ihre Entscheidungen sind häufig nicht nachvollziehbar und von Willkür geprägt. Das erschwert die ohnehin schon teils sehr instabile Situation von uns Migrant:innen und geflüchteten Menschen. Es ist uns unter diesen Umständen kaum möglich ein Teil dieser Gesellschaft zu werden, was zu weiteren Ressentiments uns gegenüber führt.

We from the Refugee Community Bitterfeld sent an open letter to the responsible authorities in January 2023 and demanded a meeting to bring forward our mistreatment and discrimination. This was simply ignored.
Since our arrival as asylum seekers, we have not been taken seriously. Our lives have been considered worth nothing. We have been silenced for too long, now it is time for us to make our voices heard.

Rassismus-Anklage gegen die Ausländerbehörde in Berlin

Liebe Aktivist*Innen und Verbündete,
vielleicht habt ihr schon von der Klage des The VOICE Aktivisten Mbolo Yufanyi, gegen das Land Berlin gehört.

Über ein Jahr nach Einreichung der Klage wurde der Fall am 9. Februar 2023 verhandelt (weitere Infos findet ihr in der Pressemitteilung - http://thevoiceforum.org/node/4837).

Es überrascht nicht, dass die Richterin sich auf die Seite des Landes Berlin stellte und Mbolo Yufanyis Vorwürfe der rassistischen Misshandlung zurückwies, ohne auch nur die Zeugen zu hören oder die Beweise zu prüfen.

Die ganze Zeit über haben The VOICE und Mbolo Yufanyis Netzwerke diese Klage politisch und finanziell unterstützt. Dies wäre ohne die bestehende unabhängige Struktur der letzten fast drei Jahrzehnte des Kampfes gegen das System nicht möglich gewesen.

Um diese Kontinuität aufrechtzuerhalten, brauchen wir Ihre Unterstützung: Bis heute sind uns Rechnungen in Höhe von über 2000€ entstanden.

THE LADG'S FIRST RACISM ACTION AGAINST THE FOREIGN AUTHORITIES IN BERLIN WAS REJECTED BY A WHITE JUDGE (MRS. LEMKE).

THE COCKROACH CANNOT BE INNOCENT IN A COURT WHERE THE HEN IS JUDGE (African proverb).

The case of Dr. Mbolo Yufanyi M.C, an African lecturer at the Alice-Salomon-Hochschule (ASH) Berlin, activist of "The VOICE" and "The Caravan" and co-founder of PEACE, who sued the state of Berlin for racist abuse in the Berlin Immigration Office rejected.

The LADG becomes a bogus law if its implementation reproduces or creates racism.

"The tools of the master will never demolish the house of the master", Audre Lorde.

We will continue our political resistance, from which the LADG emerged.

TWAB-Speech on: Three Years Anniversary of the Hanau racist Massacre

It was a racist attack; an attack that flows from the very comfortable home of white supremacy and societal racism in this country.

White supremacist ideology and institutional racism may be on one level, but there is also the individual.

The whole system and the entire structure of this society is built on the ideology of white supremacy and racism.
This society did not need any reminder of how horrible white supremacy and racism can be, given the history of this country.

Mal in Folge ruft das Komitee für ein afrikanisches Denkmal in Berlin (KADIB), vertreten durch die African / Black Community (ABC), zum jährlichen Gedenkmarsch zu Ehren der afrikanischen / Schwarzen Held*Innen und Opfer der Maafa auf. Der Begriff „Maafa“ stammt aus dem Kiswaheli und bedeutet „Die Große Zerstörung“ in Afrika, sprich: Versklavung, Kolonialismus und Genozide, Neokolonialismus und Ökozide, Nazismus und Rassismus.
